1. Who these terms cover
Krakenworks is the owner's software project brand. In these terms, "Krakenworks," "we," and "our" refer to the owner operating this website and its projects. These terms cover krakenworks.app, the Dungeon Inc. playtests, and the Rules Bot beta. The Piper Mail section below describes a separate private integration.
Please read these terms before using the public projects. If you do not agree, do not use them. Any separate license supplied with software or third-party material continues to apply.
2. Dungeon Inc. playtests
Dungeon Inc. is an early trial available in the browser and as an Android APK. Playtest builds may have bugs, change between versions, or stop being available. Browser progress is stored locally on the device, without an account or cloud backup. Clearing site data removes that browser save; different browsers and private windows have separate saves. The Android APK has its own app save and is a development-signed build, not a Play Store release.
3. Rules Bot
Rules Bot is a beta research aid for D&D 2024 / 5.5e rules. Check the cited source before relying on a result. Retrieval, formatting, or matching may be incomplete or incorrect, and a result does not replace your table's ruling.
4. Use the projects responsibly
Use the site and projects lawfully. Do not access accounts or data without permission, bypass access or anti-abuse controls, interfere with the systems, overwhelm the APIs, or submit malicious content. Do not put passwords, account details, private campaign notes, other people's personal information, or copyrighted rulebook passages into questions or reports.
We may restrict access to protect the systems or address misuse. You can stop using the public projects at any time.
5. Feedback and privacy
You keep any rights you have in your feedback. By submitting a report, you allow Krakenworks to review and use it to investigate issues and improve the relevant project.
The Privacy Policy describes data processing, optional question sharing, consent for playtest reports, service providers, and deletion requests. These terms do not replace those disclosures or the consent choices shown in the forms. Keep a report's receipt ID if you want to request its deletion.
6. Piper Mail is private
Piper is the owner's personal OpenClaw assistant. The website calls its private Google integration "Piper Mail." It uses the owner's explicitly authorized Google accounts and approved API permissions. It is not offered as a public service, and visiting this site does not provide access to it.
OAuth permission does not replace the task rules or approvals established by the account owner. The account owner controls which accounts, services, and actions are authorized.
The account owner can review or revoke Google access through Google Account third-party connections. Removing access prevents further access under that authorization; it does not by itself erase previously downloaded files or generated records. See the Privacy Policy for local deletion requests.
7. Content and software licenses
Krakenworks and third-party creators retain their respective rights in their content and software. Open-source code, SRD rules, and other licensed material remain subject to their applicable licenses and attribution requirements. These terms do not limit permissions granted by those licenses or by law.
8. Availability and your rights
The public projects are experimental. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or preservation of playtest saves. Features may change or be retired. External services and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
The effective date appears above. Later revisions will show a new effective date. A change to these terms does not itself authorize new Google permissions, new data uses, or actions outside the account owner's instructions.
